Our Guarantee - Return Policy


We guarantee that you are satisfied with your purchase and endeavor to ensure that they are shipped in pristine, brand new-condition. In the event that you are not satisfied with what you see, the product came in damaged or you changed your mind. You can be assured that we will honor our return policy.

We give you the freedom and choice to shop with us and that is why we offer a 14-day guarantee. You can return the items within 14 days of receipt of your items to get a full refund.

Note: Evrymen.com reserves the right to charge a handling and restocking fee on all returned products.


If there is a manufacturing or workmanship problem with the quality of the product you received you can return it and get a full refund within 7 calendar days; items are replaceable within 30 days and if applicable; repairable within 6 months. Please send us an email and attach a photo or video of the product to guarantee@evrymen.com so our return experts can assist you.


In the event that the items are damaged in transit. Please quickly take a photo of the damaged items with the package intact and send to guarantee@evrymen.com, we will quickly file a claim with the courier on your behalf and arrange options for you to receive a replacement or a refund.



  • When returning products to us, please ensure that all items are in brand new, pristine condition with the packaging intact and the plastic still covering the items.
  • Shipment fees are borne by the consignee except in circumstances where the shipper (Evrymen.com) is at fault.
  • Merchandise must be returned to us within 14 days of receiving your package.

  • Merchandise must be unworn and unopened.

  • All returns must include the original box or jewellery bag(if applicable) in its original condition

  • Gift cards are non-returnable and non-refundable.

  • We do not accept exchanges at this time.

  • Refunds will be processed within approximately 3-7 business days after we receive your return.

  • Unfortunately we cannot refund duties, taxes or shipping charges.

  • Return Shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless being returned due to damages or malfunction

  • Returns received by us beyond 14 days from the date of purchase or that do not meet the above quality standards can not be accepted and will be returned to the sender. The sender will be responsible for the return shipping.
